Creek Park station
Yesterday, we went for a water bus ride, to have a little fun.
Usually, we go on other the side of the Creek to eat an Iranian shaworma.
But last evening, I thought it would be nice to go at Creek Park with B4 water bus :)
We thought that the bus will drop us IN the park, but it did not. The station is just where the park ends, it is surrounded by fences and there are no gates.
The gates are across the street, the same road with the Flouting Bridge.
We got a little sad about it. But we moved on quickly.
Still we found a way to enjoy.
We went far away on the pontoon when, I felt everything was spinning with me. I thought I will faint.
We quickly left the pontoon. The dizzy passed me as fast.
We sat on a bench at the bus station ... was silence everywhere … only water and water … And the bus came to take us back.
Though nothing went as we wanted, it was nice and relaxing.
My favorite priest
I think my favorite priest was on vacation ...and now he is back to his job.
uh ... how is it possible?
I returned to my old habit.
God, help me to get used to his voice, as soon as possible so, I don't have to wake up every fucking morning to do nothing.
Prayer Timings
Click here and don't be surprised, if you are new in the arab world, when you will wake up in the early morning and you will hear the prayer call :)
The first month was terrible.
You don't know how it is to wake up every morning and don't know what to do to sleep again...
I tried with ear helmets but were too large, with the plugs of the mp3 player but it hurt my ears.
I was not able to resist any more ...especially when I looked at VG and he was sleeping so peacefully.
Over time, I noticed that though, I no longer awaked up every morning.
I have reached the conclusion that there are 2 "priests" who pray.
In my opinion one of them has talent and I like him praying ... during the day .... but, just this one was awaking me up....
Now, I used with the morning call and I can say that finally I sleep peacefully, too.
Pedestrian crossings in Dubai
The roads of Dubai are amazing as everything else here, I do not think I’m going to see roads, highways, subways, flyovers like this anywhere.
Take a look here!
There are traffic lights in all intersections in the city.
Nothing unusual.
There are traffic lights and pedestrian crossings, even if there are no intersections, as on Jumeira Road, where not too many pedestrians are crossing the street.
These are just like our traffic light in Holiday Village, you push the button (everything here goes on button -very easy to catch for anyone) and then you just wait for the Green color, but you know the buttons are working here:)
Half a year ago when I was in Dubai, in neighborhood I did not see zebras and people were crossing the street (and now they do the same... including me :)) where they grab or often directly on diagonal of the intersection.
I remember sitting on the balcony I was looking the intersection ... all people crossing everywhere .
Now, I still marvel at the new zebras and signs.
Very funny right?
buton, crossing, flyovers, highways, lights, pedestrian, road, street, subways, trafic, zebra
The dog
Remember when I told you about the dog from the balcony?
If you do not remember it happened like this:
We were returning home, when I saw a dog on a balcony. It was dark and I could not see very well. I showed VG. But when we both looked up to watch, what we saw was actually a man.
Until now, I thought I was wrong and I was greatly amused by the resemblance.
Now, after 2 weeks, I saw what the really truth is:
We were on the same street, returning from the market and as usual I was watching at the same balcony, but what I saw ... wow ... a real dog.
I saw the dog in daylight; I called… puppy puppy and then I whistled… seems to understand me.
I breathed a little easier ... because I worried that I'm racist or something like that...
Ps. I hope soon to get my camera and show you dog from balcony.
end.
Greetings to everyone!
Thanks for visiting my blog...I have not posted anything yet but, don't worry because soon you will find here something intersting. I hope:)
Let's start with the end or...the begining ...hmmm
An end really means a new beginning, right?
Now, after 3 weeks since I came in Dubai, I think I begin to miss my home already:(
Do I think I am on my vacation and I have a little bit time to spend in Dubai and than I will come back home? No:(
I realize very well that I will not go home very soon, because otherwise I would not be homesickness.
I will always remember that the life goes on!

Finnaly I have my dog
Yesterday it was the happiest day of my life. I bought a dog. I have got a baby female doggy. It is a Deutscher Schaferhund (German Shepherd) and she is 2 and half months.
...........
After two days I realized what it means to have a dog.
Uf... it's not so simple as I thought. I am exhausted.
From morning to evening I struggled with this puppy-girl to teach her where is she allowed to do her needs. I tried to teach her to do it outdoors, but I had no luck because she cannot concentrate with all things around her: the snow, the kids, the community dogs who don't let her alone a little bit..bad dogs
It took me 2 days and some books to find the optimal solution. Because I cannot stay all day long with her outside with the hope she will do her needs, I decided to make her space on the balcony. She stays with us in the flat but when the time to do pee comes (a lot oftimes a day), we take her on the balcony for few minutes. I got lucky because she learned very fast what she has to do there. It is very cold outside (-2 degrees C) and I would not want to make her to stay there too long.
How to teach your puppy to do pee in the balcony or somewhere else (at your choice and convenience)? It's simple. Let the dog free to do his needs where he wants. Put a newspaper where he did his needs, next time he will do on the newspaper because he will smell the place where he did the first time. Then take the dirty newspaper in the balcony, for example. After a nap, playing or after the puppy eats, take him in the balcony and let him there to smell and to do. Do this till your dog learn to go alone to the place or till you think is the moment to take your dog outside.

Follow me on Transfagarasan: Part 2 - First Day.Constanta- Baile Govora, Valcea
Departure: Constanta, 5 a.m.
Route: Constanta- Cernavoda- A2 Highway -Bucharest- A1 Highway- Pitesti
From Pitesti we had 2 choices:
-first to go to Curtea de Arges
or
-second to go to Valcea, Baile Govora, where we had been last year and we enjoyed it very much.
Because we departed on a Friday we took the second choice. If we have taken the first one meaning Curtea de Arges, the next target would be Transfagarasan, which is a route very busy in weekend.

The way to a new trip ideea
I had to go in Galati for a training this year. With this occasion I found out some great places and an idea for a great trip. I'll write in the next article about.
Now, let me show you the way.
I took the road from Constanta to Galati through Tulcea county. In Tulcea county are these unbelievable landscapes.
Also, once I got in Galati, after I crossed the Danube Canal by ferry I took a look back to see again those mountains.
Before I got on the ferry I took two more photos. These pic. were that made me to go this summer in Danube Delta for some days. A great idea.

Back in Time
Struggling to find the right subject to write about, I decided to take a look at some old pictures.
The moment I saw these two pictures taken this year in spring, I knew that is it.
Now, when I am looking at these pictures I have still those fillings that I had then. A return in time moment.
This was not set up for a show or a representation at the Village Museum.
It is real and happens in our times, in Tank Circassian Village (Slava Cercheza in romanian), Dobrogea, Tulcea, Romania. It seems the time stopped in the nineteen century,
when Octavian Goga wrote the poem Plugarii (Plowmen).
Passing through the village I found the same peace and quiet like in the middle of the plain. Just imagine! Is unbelievable, isn't it?
I have a plan for the next spring to visit this area. There is a lot to visit:
Libida- the Roman-Byzantine City from Babadag plateau little known to tourists.
Uspenia Monastery- the unique Monks Monastery in the World, belonging to the old Orthodox rite;
Vovidenia Monastery- The only convent of nuns in the world, belonging to the old Orthodox rite;
Windmill - wooden building architecture built in the early XX century is singular in Romania;
Uspenia Natural Reservation.
I am sure there is more to see and to discover by talking with the Slava Cerchezas' villagers.
This is a to be continued article, so do not forget to visit in spring.

A new beggining
Please receive my apologies for the last and the first post. I am thinking more and more that I should have written it as planned.
Now, I have other things in my mind I want to write about. Because in the last year I lived for 7 months in Dubai, UAE, I will write down some stories from there. I had a great time but very stressful. For who is thinking about moving abroad I advise to think twice. For me was an experience, I want to think a good one, eventually. Although professionally without any achievements, personally I feel I gained a lot and this gives me power to go further to reorganize my life back in my country. Because of this world economical crisis I could not find a job either in Dubai or in my home city. So, in order not to get stressed further about this situation, I decided take a break from my job as jobseeker. Along with this decision I hope to feel better and with feeling better I hope everything will go as I desire, without regrets.
Also, I am going to write about a place with a lot of touristic potential close of my place of birth and of course I want to continue with my blog idea, to write about the places I will visit - in real time. Stay close because I will make an announcement as soon as I plan to go on a trip.
